The side dishes that we offer in this section of the site are typical of the Sicilian culinary tradition, such as eggplant caponata and various sweet and sour dishes.
The sweet and sour onion has a delicate but intense taste.It is prepared following the traditional Sicilian recipe, then with sugar, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
The eggplant caponata is the typical dish par excellence of Sicilian gastronomy. Used as a side dish of meat or fish or even as an appetizer, the eggplant caponata flavored with vegetables, olives and capers seasoned in sweet and sour sauce, brings the scents and flavors of Sicily to our tables.
