Our ready-made sauces are produced using a particular Sicilian variety of tomato: " u siccagnu ". Grown in the soils of the municipalities of the Sicilian hinterland, the Siccagno tomato has a particular dry cultivation, i.e. without water, which gives the plant a rustic appearance with few fruits and relatively small, but rich in nutritional elements. These characteristics give the sauce alla diavola and with the sauce alla norma  a genuine and tasty taste, as well as making it a product that with its flavor, its scent and its color refers to those of our island.

 

The classic Terradoru tomato puree is produced using only tomatoes grown in the Agrigento area, harvested and selected by hand at the time of their maximum ripeness and processed with traditional methods. The complete absence of preservatives gives the product a sweet taste and a bright red color that brings Sicilian flavors to our tables.

Ready-made Terradoru sauces have a sweet and intense taste.

They are produced with cherry and datterino tomato varieties, grown exclusively in the Agrigento area and processed with artisanal methods.

The ready-made datterino tomato sauce has a very sweet and intense flavor.

The ready-made cherry tomato sauce has a sweet taste and a bright red color.
