An artisanal pasta, produced with exclusively Sicilian stone-ground wheat and water from the Madonie park.

Thanks to the bronze drawing, the pasta is slightly rough and light in color. The slow drying, then, allows to keep all the properties of the grain unaltered, giving the pasta the unmistakable taste of durum wheat ripened in the Sicilian sun.

The formats that you can find among our products are: linguine, tagliatelle, tagliatelle with cuttlefish ink, vortici, tricolor vortices, busiate, paccheri, calamarata, half sleeves.
