Terradoru offers customers a varied choice of pate and typical Sicilian seasonings, excellent for seasoning first courses or second courses of meat or fish, bruschetta and canapés and to be enjoyed on any occasion.

  • Dried tomato pate , with an intense flavor for a classic of the Sicilian tradition;

  • Pate hot pepper, spicy with chilli and olive oil, characterized by an intense flavor and a high hotness;

  • Bruschetta montanara , a genuine pate with typically Sicilian flavors;

  • Pate fennel, prepared with fresh wild fennel and almonds;  

  • Pate of artichokes, a delicate cream enriched by Mediterranean Sopori;

  • Pate of black olives, prepared with black olives and Mediterranean aromas;

  • Green olive pate , prepared with Sicilian green olives and Mediterranean flavors.
